What file formats are supported?
We support
.GLB (Binary glTF) format for 3D models, with a maximum file size of 50MB. GLB is the industry standard for web-based 3D content, combining geometry, textures, and animations into a single optimized file.How do I embed the 3D viewer on my website?
After adding your model (uploaded or AI-generated) and configuring the scene, head to the Publishing section in your dashboard. There you will find a ready-to-use iframe embed code that you can paste directly into your website's HTML. The viewer is fully responsive and works on all modern browsers.
How does AR work on mobile devices?
Our platform uses WebAR technology, which works directly in the mobile browser without requiring any app download. Users can access AR experiences via QR codes or deep links. It is compatible with both iOS (Safari) and Android (Chrome) devices.
What are the AI generation limits?
Each plan includes a monthly AI 3D model generation limit. Free plan: 5 generations/month, Plus: 20 generations/month, Pro: 60 generations/month, and Business: custom allocation. Limits reset at the beginning of each billing cycle.
How do I customize the AR button and QR popup?
Use the Page Designer in your dashboard to fully customize the appearance of AR buttons, QR popups, viewer controls, and more. You can adjust colors, text, positioning, and branding to match your website's design language.
Can I use a custom domain for my 3D pages?
Custom domain support is coming soon. This feature will allow you to serve your 3D-AR pages under your own brand domain. Stay tuned for updates.
